South Africa is not a featured chamber for this instrument. Its labour market, formal-sector share and industrial history differ enough from the ten that a featured chamber would change what the instrument is asking rather than add an eleventh answer to the same question. South Africa remains part of the 54-country platform, has a standard chamber here like every other country, and appears in continent-wide data where methodologically necessary.
Horizons
The formal scenario horizons are 2026, 2031, 2036, and they are the only ones. Nothing here generates an annual figure to fill the years between them.
- A milestone is a dated event or a published target. It is not a forecast, and this platform does not generate one.
- Every milestone names its source, its delivery status, its date, and what it does not establish.
- A future target is not a future event. A target with a date is recorded as a target; recording it is not evidence it will be met.
- The years between 2026, 2031 and 2036 carry milestones only. No annual value is invented to fill them.
